Show & Tell Friday 10/31

Happy Friday and welcome to this week's edition of Show & Tell Friday, hosted so graciously by Kelli @ "There's no place like home". I had a great time last week playing along and enjoying everyone's items, that I thought I'd do it again :0).

I love most things vintage and not to long ago I found some wonderful embroidered pillowcases.I love to make up the bed and look upon all my "floof". Thank goodness hubby is so patient and lets me do things up my way. LOL! He's so good about it too. At bedtime, he removes all the pillows and puts my "pretties" on my ...special chair. Hubby got this for me at an estate sale. It was one of my anniversary gifts that year. This chair sits in our bedroom. Thanks for spending some of your day with me. Be sure to visit Kelli and see who else is "showing & telling". Have a fantastic Friday!

What pretty pillowcases! I have a pair that were my mom's and I used to embroider them myself, but printed cases (ready to embroider) aren't often found on nice quality fabric anymore.

I have a patient hubby too, but he has been known to roll his eyes a bit. ;)

Rechelle your bed is so beautiful! I love the embroidery. I'd love to try to embroider sometime. Never have. Another thing to mark on my bucket list! Happy Halloween!

Beautiful. Reminds me of the way my mother keeps her bed and room. Mine is more rustic...pine logs. I do live on a horse ranch....seems appropriate *U*
I do think yours is gorgeous. I have some embroidered pillow cases too, my great gramma did them. My daughter likes to do that now.

How sweet your husband to put the pillows on the chair! Mine throws them to the side of the bed with various comments like....what are all these things...can't use them...etc....I don't think he really minds...but while I was gone, they never touched the bed!

How lucky for you to see Phantom all those times. It was truly a memorable show!
Happy Halloween!

You have a really pretty bedroom! Thanks for showing the linens. I handmade linens, too.

I saw on your profile that you love "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir". I do, too!! Isn't it a wonderful movie? In fact, I love a lot of the same stuff as you.

Well, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Those are so pretty! My Grandmother's home was full of things like that and I always loved studying the intricate patterns. My hubby is understanding about my "floof" too, lol.

My mom does embroidery work like this. Every Christmas I get either embroidered pillow cases, or sheets, or runners for my dresser. I love them! Yours are very beautiful. I love the colors! Thanks for sharing them with us :).

Please feel free to visit my blog anytime.

Oh your bedding is so pretty...I love the way it all coordinates but it isn't too matchy matchy...it has a wonderful vintage flair to it! Gorgeous chair too!
