It's time for Vintage Thingies Thursday! Please pay a visit to Suzanne @ Colorado Lady and see who else rolls vintage...
Treasure Craft Canister Set...
Some would like to slap me for using them this way,
but it works for me "right now".
I use them as
storage in my laundry room.
I've got dryer sheets in one,
legos and toys from my boys pockets in another,
loose change or what I like to
call "tip money" in another...
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a fab day!

Never thought of using my cansiter set that way, but thanks for the 'tip.' :) I think that's a brilliant idea! xxoo
Hi Rechelle - I think this is my first time to comment on your blog.
I am always stopping by and I enjoy my visits so much. I love the canister set. I have never seen one like it.
I think how you have it in use is perfect. Another idea to add to my list of many possibilities.
Have a nice day!

The canisters look nice, and you have found new perfect use for them.
they are lovely & practical :)
Good way to use those canisters. They look very period to the time that I was acquiring things before marrying so I'm going to guess mid eighties☺
Of course, I was acquiring said thing when I was a toddler since I can't possibly be that old ;-)
That's a good use for them. They do look like 1980s country style.
What a great canister set, and a great way to use them! I'm loving this idea, because my laundry area is a disaster! Yours is very neat and tidy!
Happy VTT!
Really cute canisters. Great way to use them too!

I think you have found the perfect use for these canisters. I love using things for purposes other than the intended.
What a great use for the canisters! They are so cute, but they do tend to clutter up a kitchen. You are so creative.
What a great idea!!!
What cute canisters! And I love how you are using them. Very creative :-)

What a great idea! I have many canisters and no counter top space in the kitchen!! I do, however, have space in the washroom, or maybe the bathroom, hmmmmmmm....
What a beautiful canisteer set! ♥
A great idea for canister sets that
are found items too! The set makes
your room so organized! :)
LOL! You're a gal after my own heart. I did something similar with 3 containers. Liked the shape, but the design wasn't right. I turned them with the backs facing out.
Thanks for sharing!
Living it up Lakewood,

What a great way to use your terrific cannisters!
Cheers!
Love your idea of using the cannisters in the laundry room for "catch-alls". It is amazing what we can find in all the pockets before we do laundry.
Perfect use of these canisters!
