Easy Cobbler...

So easy and So yummy too!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take 1 stick of butter (1/4 cup) put in 9x14 pan and put in oven to melt. While that's melting mix together...

1 cup white flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
(you can use 1 cup sugar if you like your topping "not so sweet")
2 tsp baking powder

Add 1 cup milk...

Remove pan from oven and pour mixture
on top of melted butter...

Two cans of your choice of pie filling.
Obviously, we had Cherry...yum!
Open cans and pour fruit
on top of batter...
Bake for 35-40 mins
or until golden brown...
Serve...
I didn't have any ice cream,
but this tastes GREAT "a la mode"...

Enjoy!

Oh yummy!! I love anything with cherries. I will try this for certain. I posted a chocolate cherry cake recipe on my blog last week that I used the Comstock Country Cherry Pie filling as you used...that cake is delish as well.

Your cherry dessert looks so yummy! I am on a diet and I am feeling really sad right now wishing I was eating some of that instead of this protein shake snack! :(
