Let the decorating begin...

Hi all!
I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. I've been enjoying this past week and now I'm all getting all geared up for Christmas. I love this time of year. Hubby was sweet enough to pull down all my decorations and these past two days I've been sifting through the boxes and taking stock of what I have and how I'd like to use it. I've new pretties to use this year as well (Thanks Deb-Garage Sale Gal). My living room and dining area are just covered in open boxes, ribbons, Santa's and Snowmen just waiting to be displayed. I may be a bit scarce these next few days, but just know I'll be back to catch up with everyone when I return.
Hugs and enjoy your weekend!

Hope you are enjoying the decorating. I saw the old-fashioned ball ornaments you found at the thrift store a few posts back. They remind me of the ones Grandma had. I won't be decorating this year because we are having interior painting done so I'll look forward to seeing yours!

Hi Rechelle !!!
I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving:)
I'm putting some Christmas in this house. Put the tree up today and will finish that tomorrow...have to put tinsel on it:) Love that stuff and I put it on one piece at a time...I know...I'm a little crazy that way.
Joy to You.

Have fun...my mother and I have been doing some decorating in the dining room and kitchen. However, i'm having my roof re-done, plus my living room ceiling, which has rain damage.
So I won't be going all out in decorating this year.
